1. Services Provided

Proverbs 21:5 Financial provides bookkeeping support, accountability, and guidance. We do not provide “done-for-you” bookkeeping services. Our goal is to empower you to manage your own finances with peace and clarity.

2. No Professional Advice

The information provided through our membership, resources, and 1:1 sessions is for educational and support purposes only. We are not Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) or tax attorneys. You should consult with a qualified professional for specific tax or legal advice.

3. Membership & Payments

• Billing: Membership fees are billed monthly in advance.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your membership at any time through your Member Dashboard. Access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our resources and the immediate access provided, we generally do not offer refunds.

4. 1:1 Support Sessions

• Scheduling: Sessions must be scheduled in advance.
• Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.
• No Emergencies: We do not offer “emergency” or “on-call” support. All sessions are conducted during scheduled business hours.

5. Limitation of Liability

You agree that Proverbs 21:5 Financial is not responsible for any financial losses, tax penalties, or errors in your business records. You remain 100% responsible for the accuracy of your own financial data and filings.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
